Shipping information

Rates and delivery times by destination (prices in euros, VAT included):

* Delivery to some areas of Greece may take 7–8 working days.

Conditions

• Orders are shipped Monday to Friday during working hours. Orders placed after 3 p.m. (Spanish time) Monday to Thursday start counting at 8 a.m. the following day. Orders placed at the weekend (after Friday at 3 p.m.) start counting on Monday at 8 a.m.
• The carrier will make one delivery attempt. If it is unsuccessful, your order will be left at a collection point for 7 days. After that, it will be returned to our warehouse and re-shipping will incur shipping costs, even if shipping was free on the original order.
• Once the order is confirmed, the delivery address cannot be changed online. If you need to change any details, please contact contact@palomabarcelo.com as soon as possible.
• Orders are processed automatically and we cannot bring forward or delay delivery times.
• Shipments outside the European Union (e.g. United Kingdom) may be subject to import duties and taxes. When they are calculated at checkout, you will see the amount before paying.

Shipping restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, Ceuta, Melilla or the Canary Islands. Orders placed for any of these addresses will be cancelled.
